Bourbon & Vinyl Sessions: Birthday Edition

a special Bourbon & Vinyl Birthday Edition night at Intermezzo. We'll be celebrating I Love the Burg St. Pete co-founder Dexter Fabian's birthday. Any fellow b-day boys and gals will receive a complimentary cocktail with ID.
Bi-weekly on Wednesdays, each Bourbon & Vinyl features special select bourbons and equally well curated and crafty beats from St. Pete DJ Boomerang. His eclectic and funky vinyl-only selections are the prefect mix of grown and sexy. Make sure to bring an appetite, as Intermezzo's Oyster Bar is a unique molecular gastronomical oyster experience that's not to be missed. Taste different flavor profiles, discover new terroir's, and learn about the environment and sustainability — all in one slurp! This event is FREE. RSVP on Eventbrite is encouraged but not required.
Coffee Cupping with Eastlick Coffee

The Intermezzo coffee squad teams up with Joel Eastlick, master roaster and owner of Eastlick Coffee, to host a public cupping of fine coffees. What is a coffee cupping? Similar to a wine tasting but for coffee, cupping is a way to explore and learn about the flavors and regions of coffee by tasting different coffees side-by-side. Joel will guide you through the coffees while he talks about regions, roasting methods, and coffee processing methods.

Join us for an unprecedented dining experience featuring Executive Chef Lee Aquino from The Birchwood and Owner of Pith & Pally Pop-Up concept. This extraordinary evening will be hosted by Intermezzo Coffee & Cocktails as we close the space and create an intimate evening for this PRIVATE EVENT. Intermezzo will create signature, exquisite cocktails paired with each of the 4 courses. All courses and cocktails will feature locally grown artesian greens and herbs from Brick Street Farms. Brick Street Farms will debut a new sister-concept, Baked featuring “Lady,” a new vintage Cocktail Caravan to kick-off the evening in Intermezzos outdoor space. This intimate dining experience will celebrate and explore the life of Chef Anthony Bourdain.
